Alongside his broadcasting career, Rob is a highly respected conference host, panel moderator and event chair, bringing insight, energy and professionalism to events across the UK. We look forward to having him lead the day's discussions and conversations.

We're delighted to welcome former Wales and British & Irish Lions international Dafydd James to this year's Business Day. 🏉

Widely recognised for an outstanding rugby career that saw him earn 48 caps for Wales, represent the British & Irish Lions on their 2001 tour of Australia, and score 129 tries across a 15-year professional career, Dafydd's story extends far beyond the rugby field. 

At the Business Day, he'll share a powerful and honest insight into the challenges that often accompany success, exploring his personal experiences with self-doubt, anxiety and mental health.
