Join us on Friday 20 November 2026 at the Village Hotel, Solihull for one of the most anticipated events in the West Midlands calendar.

The ECA West Midlands Region Charity Christmas Ball brings together Members, Commercial Associates and industry partners for an unforgettable evening of celebration, networking, entertainment and fundraising, all whilst supporting three fantastic local charities making a real difference within our communities.

Whether you're entertaining clients, celebrating another successful year, catching up with colleagues or simply looking forward to a fantastic night out, this is an event you won't want to miss.

With attendance continuing to grow year on year and numbers limited, we encourage attendees to secure their tickets early.

What to Expect

Your evening includes:

• Welcome drinks on arrival
• Three-course festive dinner
• Casino tables
• Photo booth
• Live Band and dancing until late
• Charity raffle and auction
• Midnight Snacks
• Fantastic company and festive celebrations

Most importantly, you'll be helping to raise funds for three deserving local charities.

Supporting Local Charities

Remaining proceeds from the event will be donated to:

• Compton Care - Providing specialist palliative and end-of-life care to individuals and families across the region.
• Memory Café – Grand Theatre Wolverhampton - Supporting people living with dementia and their carers through social connection, creativity and community.
• Fountain of Life Black Country Foodbank - Providing practical support, food and essential provisions to individuals and families facing hardship across the Black Country.

Ticket Information

New for 2026 – Phased Ticket Release Structure

To reward those who book early, tickets will be released in stages.

Early Bird Release - Available Until the 4 September

£80 + VAT - 60 Early Bird tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Second Release - Available Until the 16 October

£90 + VAT - Once Early Bird tickets have sold out, there will be 60 tickets at this price.

Final Release - Available Until the 6 November

£100 + VAT - Our final release tickets will be made available closer to the event date, subject to availability.
